Partner with business SMEs, project teams, and OCM resources to gather requirements, document learning needs, and translate technical information into clear, user-friendly training content. Create a variety of training assets, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, quick reference guides, knowledge articles, and process documentation. Develop realistic business scenarios, simulations, exercises, and hands-on learning activities that reinforce adoption and practical application. Ensure training materials align with approved business processes, system configuration, organizational policies, and change management objectives. Conduct content reviews, incorporate stakeholder feedback, manage revisions, and maintain version control of training materials.
