Packer/Picker
<p>PrideStaff is seeking reliable, detail-oriented <strong>Warehouse Picker / Packers</strong> to join our team in Memphis, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, picking, packing, and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently.</p><p><strong>Bilingual language proficiency in Spanish and English (or native Spanish speaking capability)</strong> is required for this role to effectively communicate with shift leads, team members, and supervisors across our diverse floor operations.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><p><strong>Order Picking:</strong> Locate items throughout the facility using RF scanners, pick tickets, or voice-picking systems; ensure accurate item counts and SKU matches.</p><li><p><strong>Order Packing:</strong> Inspect picked merchandise for damage or defects, securely pack items into appropriate boxes or mailers, and affix shipping labels.</p><li><p><strong>Inventory Control:</strong> Report low inventory, damaged goods, or mislabeled bins to warehouse supervisors immediately.</p><li><p><strong>Quality Assurance:</strong> Verify all products match customer packing slips before sealing shipments.</p><li><p><strong>Safety & Maintenance:</strong> Keep work channels, packing stations, and aisles clean, organized, and free of safety hazards; adhere strictly to PrideStaff warehouse safety standards.</p><li><p><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong> Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members in Spanish and/or English to maintain efficient workflow across shifts.</p></ul><h2>Qualifications & Requirements</h2><ul><li><p><strong>Language Requirement:</strong> Must be bilingual (Spanish / English) or proficient in Spanish to communicate effectively on the warehouse floor.</p></ul><p>Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $14.00 - $14.00 Per Hour
