Part-Time Shipping and Warehouse Associate

Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Part-Time Shipping and Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position will assist with the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including picking and shipping orders, labeling and repackaging products, maintaining an organized work area, and completing a variety of general warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to work well as part of a team. This is a hands-on position where you'll be responsible for a variety of warehouse and shipping tasks and will play an important role in keeping our daily operations organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities - Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment - Pack and ship products accurately and efficiently - Label and repackage bulk products into smaller quantities or kits - Verify products, quantities, and labels to ensure order accuracy - Receive, organize, and put away inventory as needed - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area - Break down boxes and cardboard and take out trash - Assist with inventory organization and counting - Perform other miscellaneous warehouse duties and tasks as assigned Qualifications & Skills - Punctual and consistent attendance is important - Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software and systems - Comfortable performing basic math, including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and measurements - Good organizational and time-management skills - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions - Strong communication skills - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Ability to work well with others and be a team player - Ability to stay focused and productive without constant supervision - Willingness to perform a variety of tasks - Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs. - Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the workday What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing their work well and can be counted on to get the job done right. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, a good attitude, and a willingness to learn.
