Provide functional and administrative support for Aras Innovator PLM, manage incidents and service requests, coordinate with the PLM support team, and support user adoption of PLM processes. Pay Range: $25 - $35/hr. on contract (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.) Ideal Consultant ProfilePLM AMS member with strong Aras Innovator functional support expertise, manufacturing process understanding, customer-facing communication skills, and experience working in global delivery models involving stakeholders. Coverage: Kansas plants (Fully Remote)Platform: Aras Innovator PLMSupport Level: L1 and L2 Functional Support Key ResponsibilitiesHandle user login, access, and general usage inquiries.Perform Level 1 and Level 2 incident and service request support.Interpret application errors and conduct functional troubleshooting.Administer users, roles, approval lists, and access rights.Execute configuration changes within Aras Innovator.Track, prioritize, and resolve tickets through ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow.Coordinate escalations with PLM support organization.Support knowledge transfer, documentation, training, and user adoption activities. Required Skills & Experience3+ years of PLM support or AMS experience.Hands-on experience with Aras Innovator administration and functional support.Experience in ticket management, incident resolution, and user support processes.Understanding of product data management, change management, document management, and engineering workflows.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently in a managed services environment. Preferred SkillsManufacturing industry experience, preferably in battery, automotive, or discrete manufacturing environments.Experience supporting PLM rollout, training, and business process adoption.Experience working with Japanese organizations and multicultural teams. AMS Delivery AssumptionsCapacity-based support model rather than severity-based SLA model.Expected operating model: 1 US-based resource capacity.Remote support accepted with occasional stakeholder workshops if required.Ticket volumes and SLAs to be refined after discovery and transition activities.
