Job Description:

Lead overall program execution to ensure successful delivery of contract requirements across cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives
Serve as the primary point of contact for our customer, stakeholders, including Contracting Officers, Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), and technical leadership
Manage multidisciplinary teams supporting engineering, logistics, technical services, and operational support functions
Oversee development and maintenance of program management artifacts including status reports, risk registers, and performance metrics
Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, company policies, and applicable federal regulations
Monitor program financial performance including labor utilization, burn rates, subcontractor costs, and funding execution
Identify and manage program risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to maintain program stability and performance
Coordinate across internal departments including contracts, finance, recruiting, and operations to support successful program delivery
Support business development activities including recompete strategy, proposal development, and customer engagement
Foster strong relationships with Government stakeholders while maintaining open and transparent communication throughout program execution

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Program Management, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of experience supporting federal government programs, preferably within DoD or Navy environments
10+ years of experience managing complex programs or large task orders involving technical or engineering services
Proven experience in managing federal contracts
Demonstrated experience managing program budgets, schedules, staffing, and subcontractors
Experience working directly with Government Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer Representatives
Strong understanding of federal contracting environments including IDIQ and task order contracts
