Bolt Digital Design builds websites for local businesses — trades, health and wellness, hospitality, retail. Good businesses with bad websites. Our job is to reach them before someone else does.

We're hiring remote reps to call local business owners, start real conversations, and book them onto a call with our team. You don't need experience. You don't need a degree. You need a phone, a quiet room, and the willingness to talk to strangers every day without quitting at the first "no."

We train you properly — scripts, objection handling, tone, call flow, the whole system. Sales is one of the few skills that pays for the rest of your life, and most people never get taught it. We'll teach you, and pay you while you learn.

What you'll be doing:

Making outbound calls to a list of local business owners we provide
Following our call script and qualification framework (you'll be trained on it)
Booking qualified prospects onto a discovery call
Sending short follow-up texts and emails after calls
Logging every call outcome in a shared Google Sheet
Sitting in on a weekly team call for coaching and script updates

What you get:

$14/hour base pay — you get paid for your time, whether or not you close
$50 bonus for every qualified appointment that shows up
10% commission on every deal that closes from your appointments (typical deal $1,500–$3,000, so $150–$300 per close)

What we need from you:

16 years of age or older
A reliable phone and a quiet place to make calls
A working email address you check daily
Access to Google Docs or Apple Pages
A bank account or mobile banking app that can receive direct deposit
A mature, professional speaking voice — you'll be talking to business owners
A strong work ethic. This is the whole job. Show up, make your calls, don't quit at the first "no."
