We partner with the world's most exceptional hosts to deliver high-quality experiences for our guests. About the Role: As an SDR for the NAMER region, you will be on the front line of growing the Airbnb Luxe supply portfolio across North America. You will identify, research, and engage property owners who meet our Luxe criteria, and connect qualified prospects with the Luxe Supply Acquisition team. What You'll Do: Prospect for new Airbnb Luxe hosts using Airbnb Luxe criteria and a framework for our ideal customer profile (ICP), leveraging provided and self-sourced lead databases. Execute outbound outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn / ZoomInfo and social media channels to engage premium property owners across the NAMER region. Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing prospect intent and verifying that properties meet Airbnb Luxe home standards. Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the Luxe Supply Acquisition team to facilitate property onboarding. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and pipeline stages in the CRM. Track luxury real estate trends across key North American markets to continuously refine prospecting strategies. Requirements: Prior experience in a sales, business development, or outbound prospecting role — ideally within travel, hospitality, luxury real estate, or a related industry. Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume outbound pipeline across multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn). Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Outreach, SalesLoft). Comfortable working across North American time zones. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. Key Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong proficiency with CRM software and lead management tools. Comfort with outreach and scheduling platforms. Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume lead pipeline. Consultative selling approach with curiosity and active listening skills. Deep familiarity with the North American luxury real estate landscape is a plus. Travel Requirements: It requires travel to occasional team off-sites.
