Sales District Leader

Overview

At Frito Lay Canada the Sales District Leader will lead a team of Sales Representatives to meet or exceed all sales objectives.

Total Compensation: $63,300 - $103,200


Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed all Sales Objectives  
  • Staff, coach, train and motivate a team to improve selling techniques, service and route operations  
  • Responsible for promotional forecast accuracy and planning  
  • Grow the business by expanding distribution in new and existing accounts  
  • Implement all sales, marketing, merchandising and personnel programs through effective communication with Route Sales Representatives  
  • Conduct business reviews with key decision makers  
  • Maintain business control requirements including inventory and sales reporting accuracy  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree  
  • 3-5 years sales experience with a consumer packaged goods or retail organization  
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a people leadership role with demonstrated ability to coach others  
  • Knowledge of a Direct Store Delivery system preferred  
  • Outstanding organizational skills as demonstrated by your ability to handle multiple priorities, problem solve complex or difficult situations and meet deadlines or targets
