Job Overview

Join our small team as our Sales / Back of House coworker! We're a small team in Houston and are looking for a good match.

You will be helping us run a small operation by selling, keeping up with daily tasks, and showing our customers kindness. This position offers the opportunity to engage directly with customers while ensuring the smooth handling, stocking, and shipping of products behind the scenes. You’ll be motivated to contribute to a warm environment that values versatility, creativity, and exceptional customer service. Store Details

Must be able to have some weekend availability
Shift will be 11:45AM - 9:15PM a couple times a week

Responsibilities

Assist customers on the sales floor by providing product knowledge, answering questions, and pairing them with their perfect match
Manage inventory control through daily inventory counts, weekly cleans, and frequent organization
Handle online orders by packing all curbsides and DoorDash in a timely manner, and by ensuring shipping boxes are ready for drop off daily
Maintain a clean and organized back of house area and showroom, including packaging products, restocking shelves, and performing routine maintenance
Support retail store operations by cashiering and processing transactions accurately
Communicate effectively with the team to create a good work atmosphere

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and merchandising tasks
Great communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
Basic math skills for inventory counting, transaction processing, and measurement tasks
Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude that enhances the shopping experience

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
