Securitas is looking to hire for

Security Opertions Center (SOC) Officer

SHIFT :Sunday to Thursday11:00pm to 7:00am Pay Rate:$19.00 an hour. Core requirements:

1–2+ years in SOC, security operations, dispatch, law enforcement, military, or a similar monitoring environment
High school diploma/GED; associate degree in Criminal Justice, Security, Emergency Management, etc. is a plus
Experience with CCTV/VMS, access control, alarms, radios, intercoms, and security software
Strong written documentation and report-writing
Excellent verbal communication and professional demeanor
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and make sound decisions under pressure
Comfortable working nights, weekends, holidays, and rotating 24/7 shifts
Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
Ability to follow SOPs, escalation procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS: • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must have a reliable means of communication (i.e., pager or phone). • Must have a reliable means of transportation Driver's License with a clean record.• Must have the legal right to work in the United States. • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English. • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
