The ideal candidate must be proficient in operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently. We’re seeking a full-time Senior Asset & Material Management Specialist for our warehouse building.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Conduct daily material receiving, storage, and issuance in compliance with company procedures.</li><li>Review and continuously improve the team’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact with cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication, coordination, and alignment between teams.</li><li>Perform cycle counting, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation to maintain accuracy.</li><li>Review, process, and support invoice processing activities to ensure timely and accurate payment.</li><li>Track purchase orders from placement through delivery and proactively communicate order status, expected arrival dates, and any delays to stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain accurate purchasing records, invoices, receipts, order confirmations, and supporting documentation.</li><li>Operate a forklift (stand-up/sit-down) to transport materials within the warehouse.</li><li>Organize and maintain warehouse layout for optimal space utilization.</li><li>Assist in ERP/WMS system updates to ensure real-time inventory tracking.</li><li>Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.</li><li>Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.</li><li>Support logistics teams in loading/unloading shipments as needed.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Job Requirements</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>5</strong>+ years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or material management.</li><li>Experience supporting procurement or warehouse operations.</li><li>Knowledge of purchasing policies and invoice reconciliation.</li><li>Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).</li><li>Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory management systems).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
