Job Description:

Translate technical scenarios into clear, compelling stories for broader audiences
Assist in creating and executing software demonstrations across use cases and contexts
Collaborate cross-functionally to understand capabilities, impacts, and customer journeys
Support the Sales team as needed
Assist Client Services and Customer Success teams with customer onboarding support as needed

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably Technology, Engineering, MIS, Finance, Accounting or a related field of study
Exposure to SaaS and/or cloud-based financial solutions and ecosystems preferred
Exposure to or experience with accounting and finance platforms and functionality, including budgeting and planning, general ledger, FP&A financial modeling, and financial close preferred
Exposure to or experience with data management platforms, including data warehousing, data integration and interfaces (APIs), and structured data such as SQL preferred
Understanding of software development, software architecture, systems design, and networking helpful
Experience creating presentations helpful
Experience conducting software demonstrations helpful
Minimal travel
Reliable internet access when working remotely outside a Workiva office
