Design and maintain data governance policies and procedures. Monitor data usage and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization. Create and maintain data documentation and metadata. Lead data quality improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain data quality metrics and reports. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in data management. Train and mentor other team members on data management and analysis techniques. Communicate data insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
