Store Manager - Walmart Retail Operations (Experienced Role)

Job Summary

As a Store Manager at Walmart, you will lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring operational excellence, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing financial performance, developing associates, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of department managers and associates to meet and exceed business objectives.

  • Drive store sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction through effective merchandising, inventory control, and workforce management.

  • Execute Walmarts operational strategies and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics; implement corrective actions where necessary to improve results.

  • Prior experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, or equivalent leadership role is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Typical workweek: 45-50 hours, depending on business needs.
