Maintain and calibrate state-of-the-art flight simulators to ensure their accuracy and functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with flight simulators to minimize downtime and maximize training efficiency. Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on flight simulators to ensure they are in compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with other technicians and department managers to improve and update simulator systems and procedures. Train and assist pilots and flight crews in the use of flight simulators, providing guidance and support as needed. Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed on flight simulators, and report any issues or concerns to management. Stay updated on industry advancements and changes in simulator technology to continuously improve the training experience for pilots and flight crews. Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures while working with flight simulators to protect the well-being of all employees. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the flight simulator department.
