  • Capture ministry b-roll, interviews, testimonies, event footage, and story-driven content that reflects what God is doing through First Baptist Dallas.
  • Lead and manage video shoots, including scheduling, shot planning, equipment setup, lighting, camera operation, audio capture for studio and on-location projects.
  • Keep organized project files, media assets, footage libraries, and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Video Production, Communications team, ministry leaders, and other creative contributors to ensure videos align with the church’s mission, voice, and standards of excellence.
  • Stay current on video production trends, storytelling techniques, social media formats, editing tools, and creative best practices.

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?
