We are one team, working together to get things done.<br><br><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><strong>Office Location: <br><br></strong>Creekside, Texas, United States<br><br><strong>Scope/Contacts<br><br></strong>Incumbent is responsible for the making and servicing of a variety of loans for commercial customers including but not limited to: secured and unsecured, capital, equipment, real estate, interim construction, personal, small business administration, and working capital loans. Must evaluate each loan for profitability and proper structuring to protect the Bank's interests and must make decisions that merit serious consideration; decisions that could be costly to the Bank if in error. This position requires performance of business development activities within commercial business market area and heavy customer contacts. Incumbent should have excellent communication and human relation skills and attend a variety of social situations in representing the Bank.<br><br><strong>Essential Functions<br><br></strong><ul><li>Make and service all types of Commercial and Real Estate loans either personally or in conjunction with other officers. </li><li>Provide guidance to customers to ensure their banking needs are met. </li><li>Promote the services and profitability of the Bank. </li><li>Develop new business to ensure a constant increase in loans and income to the Bank. </li><li>Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in banking, finance or business-related field is preferred.</li><li>Formal Credit Training and/or underwriting knowledge experience.</li><li>Minimum 5-10 years of commercial bank lending experience.</li><li>An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.</li><li>Ability to expand loans, client relationships and cross sell bank products.</li><li>Familiarity with the sales, loan processing and closing processes.</li><li>Must have good interpersonal and communication skills and a proven track record of portfolio management.<br><br></li></ul>The above statements reflect the general details considered necessary to decide the principal functions of the job identified and shall not be construed as a detailed description of all work requirements that may be inherent in the job.<br><br>Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities<br><br>The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
