The warehouse coordinator will handle many of the overall administrative duties having to do with the total warehouse operation.<br><br><strong>Essential Functions<br><br></strong><ul><li> Receive emails for incoming orders, print material labels ahead of receiving, assist with labeling material as it is unloaded </li><li> Scan all packing slips and attach them electronically to purchase orders</li><li> Call customers 24-48 hours in advance to confirm deliveries </li><li> Line up all quick ship couriers </li><li> Assist with completing closeout documents for the branch </li><li> Other relative duties as assigned <br><br></li></ul><strong>Minimum Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> High School Diploma, or an equivalent combination of education/experience</li><li> Current and valid US driver’s license preferred </li><li> At least 3-5 years of experience in similar position <br><br></li></ul><strong>Knowledge, Skills And Abilities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Self-motivated; able to work with minimal supervision </li><li> Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products </li><li> Ability to think independently </li><li> Good communication skills, written and verbal <br><br></li></ul><strong>Physical Demands<br><br></strong>Spends more than 2/3 of time standing, kneeling/crouching/stooping, using hands and reaching. Spends approximately 1/3 of time walking and talking/hearing. Frequent lifting required of items 25-50 pounds, and occasional lifting over 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.<br><br><strong>Work Environment<br><br></strong>Conditions will include proximity to forklifts or other heavy machinery and using various tools and hardware. Subject to frequent heavy lifting. May require driving to project sites.
