Responsibilities include performing high-quality cleaning tasks in homes and commercial spaces, such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and maintaining restrooms and common areas. The role also involves window cleaning and carpet care as needed, following company guidelines and safety standards. The Cleaning Specialist is expected to manage time efficiently, follow checklists, and communicate with supervisors and clients in a professional manner. This position may include evening or weekend assignments based on client needs.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Experience with Commercial Cleaning and maintaining offices, retail spaces, or other business environments.</li><li>Proficiency in Home Cleaning and House Cleaning, including routine and deep cleaning tasks.</li><li>Skills in Window Cleaning, including interior and exterior glass surfaces where safely accessible.</li><li>Knowledge of Carpet cleaning and basic floor care methods.</li><li>Ability to follow cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and use cleaning equipment correctly.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management skills.</li><li>Capacity to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment within safe limits.</li><li>Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation to reach client locations.</li><li>Prior professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training may be provided.</li></ul>
