The Role

You are the strategist our clients talk to. You own the YouTube strategy for a portfolio of real estate, mortgage, and finance clients: what each channel stands for, which videos come next, and why. You run their onboarding and strategy calls, read their analytics, and turn the numbers into a plan they believe in.

You lead a client pod with a YouTube Manager and a Junior Strategist, and you work with our writing, design, and editing teams to ship every video on time and on brief. You set the direction, and a whole team helps you deliver it.

Responsibilities

Own the YouTube strategy for a portfolio of clients: positioning, content pillars, cadence, and the next videos for each channel.
Run client onboarding and monthly strategy calls. Be the client's main point of contact.
Lead ideation: topics, titles, and thumbnail concepts built on research and data.
Review scripts and thumbnails before they ship, and give clear notes your pod can act on.
Analyze each channel's analytics (CTR, retention, views, leads) and make strategic decisions based on results.
Coach clients on camera presence and how to get the most from their channel.
Lead your pod's YouTube Manager and Junior Strategist, and work with our writing, design, and editing teams.
Generate results, and keep clients happy, renewing, and referring.

Requirements

A portfolio or past role as a high-level YouTube strategist.
Based in the US and able to take client calls during US business hours.
3+ years growing YouTube channels for brands, creators, or agency clients, with results you can show.
Experience in a client-facing role: you've run calls, set expectations, and kept clients long term.
Strong grasp of YouTube analytics, packaging (titles and thumbnails), and retention.
Experience leading or coaching a small team.
Real estate, mortgage, or finance content experience is a big plus, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

A base salary to start, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $144,000+ per year.

Your pay grows with the clients you take on and the results you get them, so how much you earn is largely up to you. You move up through clear levels as you grow, and there's no cap at the top. We walk through every level in your interview.
