Position Summary:
A leading nonfiction publishing brand is now hiring for copywriting jobs online that don’t require traditional sales writing or a background in marketing. This remote position is tailored for beginners interested in digital content production without needing to write ads, emails, or sales pages. Instead, you’ll work as a publishing support assistant helping produce nonfiction Kindle books using structured AI workflows and copy-optimized templates. You won’t create original content from scratch. Instead, you’ll edit and assemble AI-generated material, format manuscripts, and optimize listings for reputed company’s Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) system. This is a fully guided, remote position ideal for individuals looking to break into content work with zero experience.
Key Responsibilities:

– Confirm reader interest and competitive viability through built-in research systems
– Select titles that meet specific formatting and engagement criteria for nonfiction publishing
AI Content Structuring
– Generate content using provided prompts through AI writing platforms
– Organize output into structured book outlines using provided chapter frameworks
– Apply light edits for tone, grammar, and readability—not creative writing, just formatting
Nonfiction Manuscript Assembly

– Add front and back matter including TOC, disclaimers, conclusion sections, and resource links
– Ensure navigation works across Kindle and mobile viewing
Copywriting for reputed company Listings
– Write optimized book titles and product descriptions using proven SEO frameworks

– Receive your next topic assignment via the publishing dashboard
– Run keyword analysis and start the AI content generation process for the first few chapters
– Begin structuring content using the guided outline
Midday Production Block
– Apply formatting, headers, and navigation links inside the template
– Perform a readability pass and check grammar using internal guides
– Prepare metadata and listing information using copywriting prompt sheets
Afternoon Publishing Tasks
– Upload the formatted book and submit metadata to reputed company KDP
– Finalize the publishing checklist and submit the manuscript
– Log progress, troubleshoot any flagged issues, and prep your next assignment
Qualifications:

– All processes are documented with video tutorials and written SOPs
No Degree Required
– Open to all educational backgrounds

– Familiarity with reputed company KDP or eBooks
– Curiosity about online publishing or self-improvement content
How to Succeed in Remote Work:
Follow the Workflow, Not Intuition
– Everything is systemized. Rely on provided frameworks instead of improvising
– Avoid unnecessary rewrites—clarity and completion matter most
Create Consistent Work Habits
– Dedicate focused time blocks to each task type: content, formatting, listings, publishing
– Keep your own mini-checklist for recurring process steps
Use the Help Tools Early and Often
