Your empathetic and patient approach will help ensure that callers receive the assistance they need, making a tangible impact on their well-being and peace of mind.</p> </div> <div>If you’re looking for a flexible work from home opportunity where your compassion, patience, and multi-tasking skills can shine, keep reading! </p> </div> <div>This remote opportunity pays independent contractors <strong>$13 per hour</strong>, and it’s a great fit for someone seeking roughly 10-15 hours per week so they can easily schedule around other commitments!</p> </div> <div> </div> <div> <strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></div> <ul> <li>Answering inbound calls </li> <li>Interacting with all customers in a professional, empathetic, and compassionate manner </li> <li>Providing information in accordance with established policies, procedures, and privacy laws </li> <li>Assisting customers with program enrollment </li> <li>Routing customers to the appropriate contacts via three-way calls to ensure a smooth call transfer</li> <li>Assisting customers with their communication needs (i.e. relay services for callers with speech or hearing impairments, translation services for callers who don’t speak English, etc.) to ensure they can access the information and resources they need </li> <li>Placing outbound calls as needed to share time-sensitive information with customers </li> <li>Using multiple computer systems to access data and document information</li> </ul> <div> <strong>About You</strong></div> <div>To support Automated Health Systems, you should have at least one year of customer service experience. Knowledge of public benefit programs and prior experience in a health or human services setting is very helpful, but not required. We do not currently contract with anyone outside of the US.</p> </div> <div> </div> <div> <strong>Flexible Hours of Operation</strong></div> <div>As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, where you use a self-scheduling platform to select when you work and when you don’t, within the client’s hours of operation.</p> </div> <div>Hours of operation are:</p> </div> <ul> <li>Monday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET</li> <li>Tuesday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET</li> <li>Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 01:00 PM ET</li> <li>Thursday and Friday, 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM ET</li> </ul> <div> </div> <div>This opportunity is perfect for someone seeking roughly 10-15 hours per week so they can easily schedule around other commitments!</p> </div> <div>Due to Mondays and Tuesdays being particularly busy, Automated Health Systems requires that contractors service at least 5 hours on Mondays and at least 4 hours on Tuesdays.
