Digital Marketing Specialist - Work From Anywhere

Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PST, CST, EST)
Compensation: $1,250 USD/month for the first 90 days / $1,500 USD/month after that.

About the Role

This is not a marketing role where you simply schedule posts and wait for results. We’re looking for someone who understands performance, owns the numbers, and knows how to turn marketing activity into measurable growth.

You’ll manage and optimize digital campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, and other channels while tracking performance and identifying opportunities to improve lead generation and conversions.

What You'll Actually Do
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Track CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversions, and campaign budgets.
  • Support SEO, email marketing, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Monitor performance through GA4, Search Console, and marketing platforms.
  • Run A/B tests across ads, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Build performance reports and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with content, design, and sales teams.
Expectations
  • Take ownership of campaign performance and deadlines.
  • Consistently monitor and optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Identify underperforming campaigns before they become a problem.
  • Maintain accurate reporting across marketing channels.
  • Proactively recommend ways to improve leads, conversions, and ROI.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Experience with GA4 and marketing reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Advanced written and spoken English.
  • Experience working independently in a remote environment.
Benefits
  • Faster Hiring Process: Clear communication and a streamlined recruitment process.
  • Better Role Matching: Opportunities aligned with your experience and strengths.
  • Real Upside: Strong performers can unlock raises and long-term opportunities.
  • Work With U.S. Operators: Direct exposure to growing U.S.-based businesses.
  • Real Ownership: Your work directly impacts marketing performance and business growth.

Proactive Recruiting: We’re actively building our talent network for current and upcoming client opportunities. While this posting may not represent an immediate opening, qualified candidates may be considered as matching roles become available.

Requirements

  • Professional home office setup and reliable internet.
  • Introductory video submission required as part of the recruitment process.
