Job Description

Compensation: $20.50 per hour

Shift Time(s): Shifts start at 9am and are typically 7 to 9 hours. Full-time positions will be scheduled for 4 to 5 work days per week. Schedules are not guaranteed and are assigned based on performance and business capacity needs.

What You'll Do as an e-bike Delivery Associate

As an e-bike delivery associate, you'll be driving an Amazon-branded e-bike, stay active, work independently, and be part of a motivated team that safely delivers Amazon packages to customers in the Brooklyn community.

Work 3-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day (Typically 7-9 hours) with shifts available seven days a week
Interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner
Deliver 200 or more packages ranging from envelopes to boxes weighing up to 50lbs

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have a valid ID within the state of employment
Must speak English fluently
Safely drive and operate Pedal Assisted E-Bike delivery vehicle at all times. Safe driving is a requirement and any driving infractions will not be tolerated
Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information.
Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Able to get in and out vehicle and walk up and down stairs through your shift
