Position Overview

We’re looking for a dedicated Overnight Live Chat Support Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that helps customers navigate our platform during late‑night hours. You’ll work from the comfort of your own home, using state‑of‑the‑art chat software to resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied. This is a full‑time, remote position that offers competitive pay ($25–$35 per hour), flexible scheduling, and comprehensive training—no prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Live Chat Support: Respond to real‑time chat inquiries from customers, providing accurate information and solutions in a timely manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical or account‑related problems, escalating to higher tiers when necessary.
  • Documentation: Log all interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
