Fashion & Beauty Account Lead

People no longer discover fashion and beauty primarily through traditional advertising.

They discover products through people: creators they trust, routines they want to recreate, looks they want to try, and content that earns attention before it ever asks for a purchase.

Terrific helps brands bring that behavior into experiences they own. Now we want to go deeper.

As our Fashion & Beauty Account Lead, you will help us understand the market, build relationships with the right creators and brands, and develop content formats that make fashion and beauty more engaging, discoverable, and shoppable.

You will begin by building the foundation: creator networks, brand insight, leading accounts, content strategy, repeatable formats, and campaign playbooks. As the opportunity develops, the role will grow with it - giving you the chance to help shape and eventually lead a new fashion-focused project from inside Terrific.

You live close to fashion, beauty, and creator culture - not as a spectator, but as someone who understands how ideas, aesthetics, and buying behavior move through the internet.

You know what is happening across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and the wider LATAM creator ecosystem, and you are usually early to what is coming next.

You understand why one piece of content gets ignored while another becomes a format people copy. You know how to find strong creators, approach them, build trust, and give useful direction without removing the voice that makes their content work.

You can move comfortably between creative and commercial thinking. 

You are creative, organized, fast, resourceful, culturally plugged-in, and comfortable using AI as part of your everyday work.

Most importantly, you are excited by a blank page. You would rather help build the model than inherit one.

Most influencer roles are about managing campaigns. 

Most social roles are about managing channels.

This role is about building the engine behind both.

You will help Terrific build credibility in fashion and beauty, develop its creator ecosystem, shape its creative methodology, and identify where the strongest commercial and product opportunities exist.

You will not simply coordinate creators or publish posts.

 You will help determine what Terrific should build in this space - and have the opportunity to grow into leading it.

• Meaningful experience in creator strategy, influencer management, social content, fashion, beauty, e-commerce, media, or digital marketing.

• A strong network - or a demonstrated ability to build one - within the LATAM creator, fashion, or beauty ecosystem.

• Excellent creative judgment and a clear understanding of platform-native content.

• Experience taking campaigns or content programs from idea through execution and analysis.

• The ability to balance creator authenticity, brand goals, audience behavior, and commercial performance.

• The independence and judgment to build in an environment where the answers are not already written down.

• Deep experience in at least one of Terrific’s three commercial pillars — eCommerce, Marketing, or Media — and enough fluency across the other two to contribute credibly from day 1.
• Terrific operates as a global company, and English is our primary business language. As such, all roles require fluency in written and spoken English.
