If you've spent your career staying calm under pressure and helping people through some of their hardest moments, those same skills translate directly to helping families with budgeting, retirement planning, and income protection.
This is an entry level opportunity and no financial background is required. We provide training and walk you through the licensing process so you can build your own client base. The schedule is flexible, so it can work around shift work or alongside your current role.

Responsibilities:
Lead one on one and small group educational sessions, virtually or in person
Present financial concepts clearly and in plain language
Guide clients through understanding and implementing basic strategies
Grow and serve a client base through consistent follow up
Complete licensing, training, and ongoing professional development
Uphold professional standards and industry compliance requirements

Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Willing to obtain the required state licenses (we guide you through it)

Compensation:
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is 100% commission based and tied to individual production. There is no base salary, hourly wage, or guaranteed income. Earnings depend on effort, experience, and client activity; most part time agents report monthly income in the range of approximately $1,500 to $5,000, though individual results vary.
