Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic discussions
Work on live hiring requirements across IT & ITES industries
Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Assist in hiring and onboarding activities
Learn the complete Recruitment Life Cycle
