As a Team Lead, you will serve as a key connection between management and frontline employees, ensuring smooth workflow and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Key Job Responsibilities As a Team Lead, your primary responsibilities will include: Collaborating closely with supervisors and fellow team leads to strategically manage staffing levels and assignments to meet production schedules and customer demands efficiently. Coordinating and supporting comprehensive onboarding and training programs, ensuring adherence to allsafety protocols and quality standards. Applying problem-solving techniques to maintain uninterrupted and efficient operational performance withinyour team. Identifying and escalating safety, quality, and process issues promptly to the Production Supervisor. Working alongside cross-functional teams including Safety, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, ProductionPlanning, and Materials Management to address and resolve operational challenges. Maintaining and continuously improving standard work procedures to enhance productivity and quality. Driving team communication through regular meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions topromote transparency and teamwork. Leading continuous improvement initiatives and fostering lean manufacturing principles as part of daily workroutines. Championing 6S methodologies to create and sustain organized and efficient workspaces. Participating actively as a vital member of the manufacturing production team across the site. Strictly adhering to the company’s Quality System policies and procedures and ensuring all relevantdocumentation is accurate and complete. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment in compliance with regulatory and organizationalstandards. Qualifications/Requirements The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications and skills: Strong ability to read and interpret safety rules, engineering prints, procedural manuals, and maintenanceinstructions accurately to ensure compliance and operational success. Effective oral and written communication skills to interact confidently with team members, supervisors, andother departments. Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities enabling quick and effective resolution of operational issues. A collaborative attitude with a proven ability to work harmoniously in team settings and across functionalboundaries. Previous leadership experience in managing teams or overseeing projects within a manufacturing or relatedenvironment is highly preferred. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and a continuous process improvement mindset to support thecompany’s operational excellence goals.
