LOCATION Remote – US

ABOUT OUR COMPANY

NP Digital (NPD) is a global award-winning performance marketing agency. AdAge named us Performance Marketing Agency of Year, Campaign Magazine labeled us the Global Agency of the Year in two categories, and The Drum awarded us the Agency Business Award for Global Development. Google recently handed us the Agency Excellence Award for Media Unification and both Inc. and AdAge listed us on their Best Places to Work lists.

NP Digital combines proprietary platforms with best-in-class talent to deliver leading edge experiences centered around: paid and organic search, social, content, retargeting, performance display, feed management and conversion rate optimization.

NP Digital focuses on creating innovative, adaptive, and data-driven digital marketing plans for our clients. Obsessed with helping companies grow and exceed their goals, NP Digital delivers on the mission of continually helping brands connect and engage with their audience.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The goal of the Digital PR manager role is to help our team work smarter and deliver stronger results for clients. This role pairs best-in-class campaign execution with the systems, processes, and data practices that make our work visible, scalable, and measurable. You will help us earn high-authority coverage that drives organic visibility, brand authority, and visibility in AI and LLM search, and you will help build the workflows and refine our processes so we can work with clarity and consistency.

The ideal candidate is equal parts systems thinker and creative strategist: someone who finds systemic solutions to recurring problems and keeps pushing the team toward more inventive pitch angles, campaign ideas, and ways of showing performance.

This is a newly created role to support our growing team. To qualify, candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the US.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Help execute best-in-class Digital PR strategies aligned to client goals, delivering measurable SEO, brand authority, and LLM visibility impact.
  • Plan and lead proactive and reactive campaigns, including data-driven studies, surveys, and newsjacking, that earn top-tier coverage and high-quality backlinks.
  • Contribute original campaign concepts, pitch angles, and creative solutions across accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and media contacts across sectors, and earn coverage through those relationships.

Systems, Workflows & Operations

  • Create and manage systems that give the team visibility into workflows, deliverables, and account status.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and design repeatable solutions that improve how we operate and manage accounts.
  • Oversee campaign project management to keep deadlines, resourcing, and client expectations on track.

Data, Measurement & Reporting

  • Drive more data-driven deliverables, from the content we pitch to the reporting we share.
  • Set, monitor, and analyze campaign KPIs, using insights to optimize future strategy.
  • Continuously improve how we demonstrate LLM visibility and overall client value through Digital PR tactics.

Client Partnership & Collaboration

  • Serve as a client-facing lead: present results, share strategic recommendations, and speak confidently with stakeholders.
  • Manage accounts day to day, including account-level research and reporting.
  • Partner with SEO, Content, and UX teams to align messaging and integrate Digital PR into broader marketing plans.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to team development.

ABOUT YOU

  • 4–5+ years of Digital PR experience in an agency or other fast-paced environment.
  • Proven record of securing placements in top-tier publications (national, lifestyle, B2B, and more).
  • Strong understanding of how Digital PR supports SEO performance, brand growth, and AI/LLM search visibility.
  • A systems-minded approach: you like to build processes, trackers, and workflows that make teams more efficient.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in building dashboards, data-driven campaigns, survey creation, and turning insights into compelling stories.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and comfort presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with PR and SEO tools such as Semrush, Buzzstream, Ahrefs, Meltwater, and bonus if you have experience with Writesonic or other AI visibility tracking tools.

ABOUT OUR CULTURE

We value our best-in-class company culture, which is results-driven, innovative, fast-paced and fun. Our focus is on outcome, not output. We encourage our employees to work with an entrepreneurial spirit while applying a businesslike approach. When you work with great people and leaders that support you, there is no end to what you can accomplish. We celebrate different backgrounds and perspectives from our team members, but one thing we all have in common is a core set of values:

Think Big

Own It

Have Fun
“Have Fun” means we enjoy working together and cultivating a great work experience for everyone. Our passion for what we do is visible throughout the organization. Anything we enjoy, we are naturally going to do better, so we make our work something we look forward to, rather than simply something we have to do.

ABOUT OUR PRACTICES

NP Digital takes a human-centric approach to hiring. AI tools may assist with administrative or creative tasks, but all evaluations and decisions are made by our awesome people.

NP Digital is an Equal Opportunity Employer, proud of our diversity and inclusive culture! Common Interview Questions And Answers

1. HOW DO YOU PLAN YOUR DAY?

This is what this question poses: When do you focus and start working seriously? What are the hours you work optimally? Are you a night owl? A morning bird? Remote teams can be made up of people working on different shifts and around the world, so you won't necessarily be stuck in the 9-5 schedule if it's not for you...

2. HOW DO YOU USE THE DIFFERENT COMMUNICATION TOOLS IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS?

When you're working on a remote team, there's no way to chat in the hallway between meetings or catch up on the latest project during an office carpool. Therefore, virtual communication will be absolutely essential to get your work done...

3. WHAT IS "WORKING REMOTE" REALLY FOR YOU?

Many people want to work remotely because of the flexibility it allows. You can work anywhere and at any time of the day...

4. WHAT DO YOU NEED IN YOUR PHYSICAL WORKSPACE TO SUCCEED IN YOUR WORK?

With this question, companies are looking to see what equipment they may need to provide you with and to verify how aware you are of what remote working could mean for you physically and logistically...

5. HOW DO YOU PROCESS INFORMATION?

Several years ago, I was working in a team to plan a big event. My supervisor made us all work as a team before the big day. One of our activities has been to find out how each of us processes information...

6. HOW DO YOU MANAGE THE CALENDAR AND THE PROGRAM? WHICH APPLICATIONS / SYSTEM DO YOU USE?

Or you may receive even more specific questions, such as: What's on your calendar? Do you plan blocks of time to do certain types of work? Do you have an open calendar that everyone can see?...

7. HOW DO YOU ORGANIZE FILES, LINKS, AND TABS ON YOUR COMPUTER?

Just like your schedule, how you track files and other information is very important. After all, everything is digital!...

8. HOW TO PRIORITIZE WORK?

The day I watched Marie Forleo's film separating the important from the urgent, my life changed. Not all remote jobs start fast, but most of them are...

9. HOW DO YOU PREPARE FOR A MEETING AND PREPARE A MEETING? WHAT DO YOU SEE HAPPENING DURING THE MEETING?

Just as communication is essential when working remotely, so is organization. Because you won't have those opportunities in the elevator or a casual conversation in the lunchroom, you should take advantage of the little time you have in a video or phone conference...

10. HOW DO YOU USE TECHNOLOGY ON A DAILY BASIS, IN YOUR WORK AND FOR YOUR PLEASURE?

This is a great question because it shows your comfort level with technology, which is very important for a remote worker because you will be working with technology over time...
