What You’ll Bring:

3+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
Experience with AI-enabled sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and an Applicant Tracking System like Greenhouse.
Strong Boolean search skills, creative sourcing techniques, and the ability to manage multiple reqs and priorities.
