Our kitchen team helps prepare the food that makes LA’S HOT CHICKEN what it is. Depending on your position, you may learn different areas of our operation, including chicken preparation and marination, breading, frying, food prep, assembling orders, maintaining quality and consistency, cleaning, sanitation, and proper food handling.

We’re looking for people who can work with speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and consistency, even when the restaurant gets busy.
