<p>Oracle Payroll Cloud & UKG Systems Specialist / Lead Consultant</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote</p><p><strong>Job Type:</strong> Direct Hire</p><p>$130k-140k</p><p><br></p><p>About the Role</p><p>We are seeking a highly experienced <strong>Oracle Payroll Cloud & UKG Systems Specialist / Lead Consultant</strong> to support the implementation, configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of Oracle Payroll Cloud and UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).</p><p>This role is ideal for a senior Oracle HCM/Payroll professional with strong hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll Cloud, UKG WFM integrations, payroll reporting, and complex payroll processing. The successful candidate will serve as a technical subject matter expert and escalation point for payroll systems, integrations, and data validation.</p><p><br></p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Implement, configure, and maintain <strong>Oracle Payroll Cloud</strong>, including payroll elements, fast formulas, balances, retro pay, costing, payment methods, and year-end processing.</li><li>Manage end-to-end payroll data flows and dependencies between <strong>UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM)</strong> and Oracle Payroll Cloud.</li><li>Support UKG time and attendance data integration into Oracle Payroll and troubleshoot data flow and processing issues.</li><li>Develop and execute custom payroll reports, reconciliations, and dashboards using <strong>OTBI and BI Publisher</strong>.</li><li>Perform gross-to-net balancing, payroll data validation, and reconciliation activities.</li><li>Serve as a <strong>Tier 3/4 technical escalation point</strong> for complex payroll processing, configuration, and integration issues.</li><li>Troubleshoot payroll system and integration failures and partner with technical teams to identify and resolve root causes.</li><li>Manage Oracle quarterly and statutory patch cycles, including testing and validation to ensure continued payroll compliance.</li><li>Partner with business, payroll, HR, and technical stakeholders to identify requirements and implement effective system solutions.</li><li>Support ongoing system enhancements, optimization, testing, and production support.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Required Qualifications</p><ul><li><strong>5+ years of hands-on Oracle Payroll Cloud experience</strong>; 8+ years preferred.</li><li>Strong experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Payroll Cloud, including:</li><li>Fast Formulas</li><li>Payroll elements</li><li>Balances</li><li>Retro pay</li><li>Costing</li><li>Payment methods</li><li>W-2/year-end processing</li><li>Hands-on experience integrating <strong>UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM)</strong> with Oracle Payroll Cloud.</li><li>Strong understanding of UKG time and attendance export processes, payroll data flows, and system dependencies.</li><li>Experience creating and executing payroll reports, reconciliations, and gross-to-net balancing using <strong>OTBI and/or BI Publisher</strong>.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex payroll and integration issues.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Preferred Qualifications</p><ul><li><strong>Oracle HCM Certification</strong> strongly preferred.</li><li>Working knowledge of payroll compliance, including federal and state/local tax regulations, wage-and-hour requirements, and garnishments.</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)</strong> and <strong>PL/SQL</strong>.</li><li>Ability to understand system and integration logic and effectively collaborate with dedicated technical/integration teams.</li><li>Experience supporting complex payroll and timekeeping environments.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Ideal Candidate Background</p><p>We are particularly interested in candidates coming from backgrounds such as:</p><ul><li>Senior <strong>Oracle HCM / Oracle Payroll Functional Consultants</strong></li><li>Oracle Payroll <strong>Techno-Functional Consultants</strong></li><li>Oracle HCM/Payroll Systems Analysts or Leads</li><li>Consultants with extensive <strong>UKG Pro WFM → Oracle Payroll</strong> integration experience</li><li>Professionals who have supported complex timekeeping and payroll environments, including overtime, shift differentials, and other sophisticated payroll rules</li><li>Candidates with experience in healthcare or other large, complex organizations are highly encouraged to apply.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Technology Environment</p><ul><li>Oracle Payroll Cloud</li><li>Oracle HCM Cloud</li><li>UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM)</li><li>OTBI</li><li>BI Publisher</li><li>Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)</li><li>PL/SQL</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Why Join?</p><ul><li>This is an opportunity to take on a senior-level role as a key subject matter expert across <strong>Oracle Payroll Cloud and UKG WFM</strong>, helping drive system stability, integrations, reporting, compliance, and ongoing optimization in a complex enterprise environment.</li></ul><p><br></p>
