Job Summary

We are actively seeking energetic, detail-oriented, and highly stylish individuals to join our sales floor team. As an entry-level Floor Associate, you will be trained to become a master of apparel placement and fitting room hospitality. Comprehensive Responsibilities

  • Fitting Room Support: Manage the fitting room queue, offering sizing advice to customers, and swiftly sorting returned garments back onto the sales floor.
  • Customer Interaction: Proactively approach browsing shoppers to offer styling tips, locate specific items, and suggest complementary products like fragrances or accessories.
  • Freight Processing: Unload weekly deliveries and push new merchandise to the sales floor, applying security sensors to high-theft items.
