Prevailing Wage & Payroll Specialist
Triple E Trucking is a family owned and operated business located in Southern California. We have been in business of hauling material to contractors and homeowners throughout Kern County for over 20 years.
We are currently seeking an addition to our operations team who will assist with the following variety of clerical & administrative duties for Certified Payroll Department:
- Preparing certified payroll reports for company
- Uploading reports to DIR and/or LCPTracker (must have knowledge of portals)
- Providing prevailing wage project information to lower-tier subs
- Requesting, filing and record maintenance of reportsReviewing Prevailing Wage documents, files and jobs for accuracy and consistency before forwarding to General Contractors
- Greeting clients, answering phone calls, taking messages, managing emails & mail correspondence.
- Other duties as assigned and needed
Computer Skills
- Must have some experience with Prevailing Wage Reporting - No exceptions
- Must have computer literacy (knowledgeable in Excel, Word, Google Docs)
- Demonstrated 10-key and data entry skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to work independently
- Possesses strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic & ability to work hard with a team
- Trucking industry experience – preferred but not necessary
Pay is Negotiable and Depends on Experience
