Responsibilities

Complete assigned workflows using practical CRM and sales operations experience
Navigate contacts, companies, deals, pipelines, tasks, reporting, and workflow automation
Create, update, and manage CRM records across common sales workflows
Record your screen while completing workflows and demonstrating steps
Document steps and create realistic prompts and evaluation rubrics

Skills

Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM professionally
Current access to HubSpot with ability to use it independently
Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing workflows
Experience with sales operations, lead management, deal pipelines, or CRM automation
Prior human-data or AI evaluation experience
