AXIS Health Advisors is hiring experienced, licensed ACA agents for our high-volume remote sales team.

All inbound calls. No cold calling. We provide the opportunities—you need to know how to convert them.

IMPORTANT — 2026 MARKETPLACE REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Due to current CMS requirements, applicants must have an active Plan Year 2026 Marketplace/Exchange Agreement and be eligible for Plan Year 2027 Marketplace registration.

We're Looking for Remote Producers

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Working remotely requires discipline, reliability, accountability, and self-motivation.

You must be able to handle back-to-back calls and repeated denials without losing momentum.

Understanding CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) is critical. You should understand how conversion, productivity, and your individual performance impact CPA.

High earnings require high production.

What You'll Do

Handle high-volume inbound ACA calls
Determine eligibility and present appropriate plan options
Complete enrollments accurately and compliantly
Maintain strong conversion and maximize legitimate opportunities
Meet production, quality, attendance, and compliance expectations

What We're Looking For

Active Accident & Health License — Required
Active Plan Year 2026 Marketplace/Exchange Agreement — Required
Eligible for Plan Year 2027 Marketplace registration
ACA sales experience strongly preferred
Understanding of CPA and conversion metrics
Strong phone sales and closing skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable
Able to handle rejection and maintain momentum
Additional state licenses are a plus

Professional, distraction-free workspace
Ability to work the full scheduled shift
Consistent attendance and punctuality
Comfortable working independently while remaining accountable to production expectations

This is a full-time remote sales position—not a flexible-hours or part-time opportunity.

Compensation

Compensation includes base pay plus performance-based earnings.

Base pay is determined by relevant ACA experience, licensing, qualifications, and demonstrated production history.

Target annual earnings are $75,000–$150,000+, with total compensation varying based on individual production and performance.
