Remote Outbound Enrollment Representative (PST)

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Remote Outbound Enrollment Representative for a telehealth and food care company. The goal of this company is to connect members to one on one telehealth nutrition counseling with Registered Dietitians and support them with a digital platform that includes meal planning, grocery savings, and food access resources—all designed to improve health outcomes and reduce costs. This is a free benefit offered through the members health plan. In this role, you will contact eligible individuals to educate them on the client’s services and the benefits of meeting with a Registered Dietitian—all from the comfort of their home. You will then help schedule their first initial consultation with one of the client's Registered Dietitian's and get them excited about starting this new journey. You are the first point of contact that most people will have, so your ability to connect with people is crucial!

You are responsible for scheduling as many members as possible for their initial consultation. This role requires meeting weekly scheduling quotas and working comfortably in a high‑volume outbound calling environment. While not a true sales role, it involves cold-call style outreach and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

We are looking for resources who are highly adaptable and comfortable with frequent change – able to quickly pivot priorities, processes, scripts, and workflows in a fast-paced startup environment while maintaining productivity, positive attitude, and performance goals.

The main responsibilities include:

  • Make high volume outbound calls to potential new members and explain the benefits of utilizing this free benefit through their insurance (requirement of 150+ calls per day)
  • Follow a call script without sounding like you are reading from it- making it sound like your own and be engaging on the phone
  • Hit the daily goal of getting 10-14+ new members signed up per day
  • Address any questions or concerns that members may have about tele-nutrition, and escalate any issues to the team leader, as needed

Skills and Requirements

All candidates must have reliable personal computer or laptop running Windows 11 with at least 8GB of RAM OR the MacOS 12.7.4 or higher (no Chromebooks allowed)

Reliable high-speed internet with 90+ Mbps download and 30+ Mbps upload

Must have experience working in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment where individual performance was closely tracked against KPIs such as call volume, productivity, conversion rates, quality, or other daily/weekly performance goals

Demonstrated ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a high-volume outbound calling environment (150+ calls per day) where cold calls, unanswered calls, and hang-ups are a regular part of the job.

Experience handling sensitive and confidential information in regulated industries such as healthcare, telecommunications, or financial services

Highly adaptable and comfortable with frequent change – able to quickly pivot priorities, processes, scripts, and workflows in a fast-paced startup environment while maintaining productivity, positive attitude, and performance goals

Must be tech savvy- comfortable learning new systems and quickly navigating through multiple systems

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds with varying levels of technical understanding

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and priorities without sacrificing quality

Must be able to work 8:00 AM-4:30 PM PST Monday-Friday long-term Bilingual in another language (If they are applying as a bilingual team member, they must be comfortable explaining complex details of healthcare related information)

Prior healthcare experience- experience handling sensitive and confidential information with strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance

Proficient in Google Suite applications, Zoom Call Center, or Retool software

Strong passion for health and wellness

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal employment opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or the recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.
