Remote Workstation / HIPAA Requirements <ul><li>Must have a high-speed internet connection</li><li>Workstation must be in a room where door can be locked</li><li>Desk should be large enough to hold 2 monitors, computer, accessories + hands-free headset</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information; HIPAA compliance is mandator </li></ul>Remote Training Schedule Format: Virtual (Zoom) Duration: 3 weeks Attendance: 100% attendance required Upcoming Orientation Classes Option 1 Week 1: Nov 2nd – Nov 6th M-F Live Zoom 10:00 am-2:00 pm EST then 4hrs/day of Self-Study Week 2: Nov 9th – Nov 13th M-F Live Zoom 10:00 am-2:00 pm EST then 4hrs/day of Self-Study Week 3: Nov16th – Nov 20th M-F Shift days/times with a preceptor will be discussed with education manager.
