The Sr. Solutions Architect, ServiceNow will design scalable ServiceNow solutions focused on core IT modules, AI capabilities, and Employee Workflows, while guiding implementation, governance, integrations, and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

Design End-to-End Solutions: Architect comprehensive solutions on the ServiceNow platform that meet business requirements, focusing primarily on ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and APM
Drive AI Integration: Lead the architectural design for integrating AI capabilities, including Now Assist and our custom virtual assistant Otto, to enhance user experience and automate processes
Champion Employee Workflows: Design and guide the implementation of scalable Employee Workflows to streamline services for HR, Workplace Services, and employee onboarding
Ensure Technical Excellence: Maintain a high standard of technical quality by reviewing solution designs and providing mentorship to development teams on best practices
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with product managers, business analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust and scalable technical designs
Govern Platform Integrity: Ensure that all new solutions are designed in alignment with our 'Golden Instance' principles and platform governance standards
Optimize Integration Pathing: Architect robust integrations utilizing IntegrationHub and secure REST/SOAP APIs to connect ServiceNow with external corporate platforms
Document Solutions Architecture: Formulate and maintain detailed technical design documentation, architecture maps, and integration schemas
