You'll support our clients through the full solar value chain including: design & engineering, contracting & procurement, and project execution.<br><br>In addition, you will work in cooperation with our worldwide network of consultants to shape McKinsey's thinking in this area, continuously developing your own knowledge, as well as that of the firm. You’ll also gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm. We provide a unique set of tools and techniques to help clients identify opportunities that represent a robust set of value propositions across the entire CapEx value chain.<br><br><strong>Your Qualifications and Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Undergraduate degree in engineering; advanced degree or MBA is preferred</li><li>10+ years of post-graduate work experience with a distinctive record of achievement and impact</li><li>Experience working in construction renewables</li><li>Significant construction experience with an EPC</li><li>Have worked on large-sized projects </li><li>Willingness to travel up to 80%</li></ul>
