This team partners across sales, marketing, product, and operations to improve seller readiness, accelerate execution, and support go-to-market priorities across the business.<br><br>You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver enablement strategies that improve productivity, reinforce key initiatives, and help sellers confidently position FIS Banking and Payments solutions. Your expertise in sales enablement, communication, and program execution will be essential to driving adoption and measurable business impact.<br><br>What you will be doing<br><br><ul><li>Leads the design, development, and execution of sales enablement programs aligned to business priorities, go-to-market motions, and seller needs. </li><li>Partners with sales leadership, product marketing, operations, and subject matter experts to identify readiness gaps and define enablement strategies that improve performance. </li><li>Creates and manages enablement content, playbooks, messaging, tools, and learning experiences that help sellers effectively position FIS solutions. </li><li>Builds scalable onboarding, training, and reinforcement programs to accelerate ramp time and improve seller productivity. </li><li>Translates complex product, market, and competitive information into clear, actionable guidance for sales teams. </li><li>Owns enablement program plans, timelines, stakeholder alignment, and communications to ensure successful delivery and adoption. </li><li>Measures program effectiveness using defined metrics such as participation, content engagement, seller readiness, pipeline influence, and business impact. </li><li>Analyzes sales feedback, field performance trends, and market needs to continuously improve enablement strategies and materials. </li><li>Supports major launches and strategic initiatives by developing readiness plans, messaging frameworks, and execution resources for the field. </li><li>Facilitates live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer for sales teams and cross-functional partners. </li><li>Acts as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on enablement best practices, seller communication, and change adoption. </li><li>May mentor other enablement team members and help establish standards, processes, and best practices across programs. </li><li>May support pre-sales, internal communications, and leadership presentations related to strategic enablement initiatives. </li><li>Other related duties assigned as needed. <br><br></li></ul>What You’ll Bring<br><br><ul><li>5-8 years of experience in Sales Process or Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Learning & Development, Knowledge Management, Digital Experience Platforms, or Content Operations. </li><li>Proven experience in sales enablement, sales training, product marketing, or a related commercial role. </li><li>Strong understanding of sales processes, go-to-market strategy, and seller productivity drivers. </li><li>Experience developing enablement programs, playbooks, training, and communications for sales teams. </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills across executive, technical, and non-technical audiences. </li><li>Strong program management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. </li><li>Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and feedback to improve program performance. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, or banking is preferred. <br><br></li></ul><strong>General Knowledge, Skills And Abilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>In-depth knowledge of sales enablement principles, adult learning approaches, and content development best practices. </li><li>Experience using AI tools and capabilities to accelerate content development, program execution, and speed to market. </li><li>Strong understanding of FIS products and services, the financial services industry, and the sales environment. </li><li>Ability to translate business strategy and product priorities into effective enablement plans and seller-facing resources. </li><li>Experience with learning platforms, content management tools, and enablement technologies. </li><li>Excellent customer service skills that build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners. </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills for audiences at all levels, including executives, managers, and individual contributors. </li><li>Ability to influence without direct authority and align diverse stakeholders around shared goals and priorities. </li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and time management skills. </li><li>Ability to assess program effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and adapt strategies based on business needs. </li><li>Resourceful, proactive, and collaborative, with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team success. <br><br></li></ul><strong>What We Offer You<br><br></strong><ul><li>A career at FIS is more than just a job. The pay range for this full-time position is $87,290.00 - $148,390.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
