Position Overview
We are seeking a highly detail‑oriented Remote Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the linchpin that ensures the accuracy, completeness, and security of prescription data across our global network. Working from the comfort of your home, you will collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and IT specialists to maintain the highest standards of data quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Capture & Verification: Accurately input prescription orders, patient demographics, and medication details into our secure database, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous data validation checks, reconcile discrepancies, and document findings to maintain data integrity.
- Collaboration & Issue Resolution: Partner with pharmacy staff to resolve data inconsistencies, clarify prescription details, and streamline workflow.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Pharmacy Technician certification (reputed company, PTCI, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data entry, pharmacy operations, or a related administrative role.
- Proficiency with pharmacy software systems (e.g., Pioneer, QS/Pharm, or similar) and reputed company Office Suite.
