Security Guard - Full Time Overnight

As a Security Guard Full Time Overnight in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading automotive manufacturing location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and represent Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time
Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at an automotive manufacturing and business location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site-specific procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, parking areas, vehicle storage locations, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific policies.
  • Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
  • CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
