Job Role:

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the presence of our clients' apps on both iOS and Google App Stores. Working with apps that reach millions of users, you will take hands-on responsibility for client accounts, identify avenues for growth, and convey these findings directly to clients. With a forward-thinking approach, you will design new ASO strategies to boost future projects and maintain our competitive edge.

This is an individual-contributor role reporting to the Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full, hands-on responsibility for multiple client accounts, owning ASO projects end-to-end and ensuring their overall success.
Boost organic ranking and downloads through effective keyword and conversion rate optimization for client apps on App and Play Store.
Provide briefs to designers and translators for creative experiments and app store asset localization.
Formulate innovative ASO strategies to ensure our client projects stand out in a highly competitive market.
Create relevant, data-driven content for our marketing initiatives and conferences.
Represent Admiral Media at mobile growth conferences, delivering ASO workshops, and engaging potential clients.
Assist with other mobile growth-related activities within the company.

Desired Qualities

Minimum 2 years of ASO experience and 3 years of mobile marketing experience with an app publisher, agency, or similar role.
Confidence in client-facing situations, excellent presentation skills, and ability to effectively communicate results directly with clients.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully owning ASO projects.
Profound knowledge of App/Play store developer consoles, key ASO metrics, and mobile marketing terminology.
Comprehensive experience with A/B testing of creative assets on Android and iOS and managing backlogs of experiments.
Required, hands-on experience with keyword optimization and the relevant ASO tools and processes, with willingness to share knowledge with our team.
Strong data analysis skills, with a knack for transforming complex data into actionable insights.
Exceptional written and verbal English language skills.
Adaptability to startup culture and eagerness to assist in diverse areas.

Work Setup: This is a full-time, fully remote position. You report to the Director of Operations and collaborate closely with designers, translators, and the wider Admiral Media team across time zones.
