Specialty Care Patient Engagement Team Lead
Job Description:
- Lead the Patient Engagement Enablement Team and report to the Specialty Care Patient Solutions Strategy and Enablement Lead
- Translate Patient Engagement strategy and priorities into clear direction for the Enablement Team
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing enablement organization
- Oversee tools, content, training, and technology for Patient Engagement field teams
- Support communication strategy and change management for major initiatives and organizational shifts
- Oversee GTM Excellence strategy and execution, including MLR/RC cycles, targeting, territory models, and program governance
- Align GTM Excellence strategy and tactics with each program’s lifecycle stage
- Ensure Go-To-Market efforts, deliverables, and tactics launch on time
- Guide digital capabilities and AI strategy roadmaps
- Oversee digital solutions including Polaris, Pharmlogic dashboards, and field- and patient-facing tools
- Lead cross-functional engagement on AI strategy and prioritize AI roadmaps
- Champion data and analytics discipline and coach the team on data-driven insights
- Ensure consistent KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting across Patient Engagement programs
- Review analyses and insights before strategic decisions
- Deliver reporting and actionable insights to Patient Engagement and Patient Solutions leadership
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to advance productivity, efficiency, and results
- Break down silos and create a connected, patient-centric operating model
- Prioritize continuous improvement projects, processes, and resources
- Partner with GCET to ensure training is fit for purpose and maintain training roadmaps
Requirements:
- 8+ years of combined pharmaceutical or biotech experience spanning Patient Engagement, enablement/operations, patient or consumer marketing, and field enablement
- Previous people leadership experience, with a track record of leading a high-performing organization
- Track record of leading enablement functions that build capabilities driving field and program execution
- Experience building launch plans and powering successful product and/or team launches from planning through execution
- Experience leading in matrix organizations, including leading without authority, and ability to manage direct and indirect reports
- Strong data, analytics, and reporting acumen
- Experience shaping or deploying AI-enabled tools or digital capabilities in a commercial or patient engagement context
- Ability to influence key stakeholders internally and externally
- Effective planning, prioritization, and organizational project skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to deliver multiple short- and long-term projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting leaders with communication strategy and change management for large-scale initiatives
- Strong executive presence and presentation skills
- Good judgment and high ethics
- Advanced degree preferred
- Candidates must be authorized to be employed in the U.S. by any employer
