Warehouse Associate/Shipping Specialist - Kearny Mesa

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Shipping Specialist to join our team and support daily warehouse operations, inventory management and accurate, efficient order fulfillment.<br><br>Location: Kearny Mesa, San Diego HQ<br><br>Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM<br><br>Compensation: $21-22/hour (Advancement opportunities available)<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Accurately pick, pack, verify, and ship daily e-commerce orders while meeting established quality standards.</li><li> Prepare customer orders using company packaging standards.</li><li> Verify order accuracy by confirming SKUs, quantity, sizes, colors, and shipping documentation prior to shipment.</li><li> Generate, review, and apply shipping labels using warehouse management and shipping software.</li><li> Process domestic and international shipments through multiple carriers, ensuring compliance with carrier requirements and delivery deadlines.<br><br><br></li></ul>Receiving & Inventory Management<br><br><ul><li> Receive, inspect, unload, and accurately process incoming inventory.</li><li> Verify purchase orders, packing slips, and received quantities for accuracy.</li><li> Organize, label stock and replenished inventory in designated warehouse locations.</li><li> Inspect products for defects, damages, or quality concerns and report discrepancies promptly.</li><li> Perform cycle counts and assist with periodic inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.</li><li> Help maintain organized inventory locations and support continuous warehouse optimization initiatives.<br><br><br></li></ul>Amazon FBA & Logistics Support<br><br><ul><li> Prepare, label, palletize, and stage Amazon FBA replenishment shipments in accordance with Amazon requirements.</li><li> Assist with outbound wholesale shipments, retail transfers, and internal inventory movements</li><li> Support logistics for tournaments, pop-up shops, trade shows, and special company events by preparing inventory and equipment.<br><br><br></li></ul>Warehouse Operations<br><br><ul><li> Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.</li><li> Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided).</li><li> Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse best practices.</li><li> Perform additional warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.<br><br><br></li></ul>Key Holder Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Serve is a trusted key holder responsible for opening and securing the warehouse facilities.</li><li> Communicate any operational inventory, maintenance, or security concerns to management promptly.<br><br><br></li></ul>Team Collaboration<br><br><ul><li> Work closely with warehouse, customer service, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.</li><li> Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and attention to detail while handling high-value inventory and customer orders.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li> Minimum 2 years of proven warehouse experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.</li><li> High school diploma required.</li><li> Working knowledge of basic computer systems for data entry and order processing.</li><li> Solid understanding of health, safety, and warehouse hygiene regulations.</li><li> Basic math and accurate record-keeping abilities.</li><li> Keen attention to detail with strong organizational habits.</li><li> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented attitude.</li><li> Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.</li><li> Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li><li> Ability to occasionally work overtime as needed.</li><li> Knowledge of BJJ or martial arts is a plus, but not required.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Benefits<br><br></strong><ul><li> Paid vacation (1 week in first year, then 2 weeks annually thereafter)</li><li> Group Health insurance</li><li> Paid holidays</li><li> 401(k) plan with 3.5% Employer match</li><li> Employee discounts</li><li> Advancement and career growth opportunities<br><br><br></li></ul>Join the Kingz Team<br><br>If you’re dependable, organized and take pride in doing things accurately and efficiently, we’d love to hear from you.<br><br>Join a growing team and play an important role in getting Kingz products into the hands of athletes and customers around the world.<br><br>Apply today!
