Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and strategic X/Twitter Growth Lead to spearhead our social media expansion within an innovative AI startup. This remote role offers the opportunity to craft compelling content, optimize digital campaigns, and drive exponential growth across Twitter and other social platforms. Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies specifically tailored for Twitter, aligning with overall marketing goals.
Create engaging, high-quality content including posts, graphics, videos, and multimedia assets using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.
Monitor social media performance metrics using Google Analytics, Web analytics tools, and marketing performance dashboards to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
Conduct social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform content creation and engagement tactics.
Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to enhance content visibility across platforms.
Foster relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community members to expand reach and credibility through public relations efforts.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management with a focus on Twitter growth strategies.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Buffer, Hootsuite, and web analytics platforms.
Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
Skilled in video editing and photography to produce compelling multimedia content.
Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns and e-commerce integration is a plus.
Excellent content writing skills with an eye for proofreading and branding consistency.
Ability to analyze media performance data to optimize campaigns effectively.
