Amazon PPC Specialist – Remote

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Specialist to manage and optimize Sponsored Products campaigns for the Amazon European marketplace, with a particular focus on Amazon Germany (Amazon.de).

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from any location, provided the candidate has relevant hands-on experience with Amazon PPC in the EU marketplace, particularly Germany.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Amazon Sponsored Products campaigns.

Primary focus on

Manual Branded campaigns

Manual Generic campaigns

Conduct effective keyword research and identify relevant, high-intent search terms.

Develop keyword strategies that support both advertising performance and organic product ranking.

Understand the products being advertised and use that knowledge to build relevant campaigns.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on PPC and product-level data.

Manage a seasonal catalogue and prioritize products based on business needs and demand.

Work toward agreed performance targets:

TACoS: 7%

CVR: 10%

Marketplace & Catalogue:

Marketplace: Amazon EU

Primary marketplace: Amazon Germany (Amazon.de)

Product categories: Approximately 10–15 subcategories

Catalogue: Approximately 500 parent ASINs The catalogue is seasonal, so not all products will be actively in focus at the same time.

What We're Looking For

Proven hands-on experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns.

Strong experience with Amazon EU marketplaces, particularly Amazon Germany.

Solid understanding of keyword research and keyword targeting.

Good understanding of Amazon ranking strategy and how PPC can support organic growth.

Ability to understand the product, customer, and search intent rather than relying purely on campaign data.

Experience managing Auto, Manual Branded, and Manual Generic Sponsored Products campaigns.

Strong practical optimization skills with a focus on TACoS, conversion, and profitable growth.

Ability to independently prioritize campaigns and products within a large, seasonal catalogue.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Advanced Amazon advertising expertise is not required. We are looking for someone with strong fundamentals, real EU marketplace experience, and sound practical PPC judgment.

Experience Required

2–5 years of hands-on experience in Amazon PPC / Amazon Advertising
Candidates must have practical experience managing Amazon EU marketplaces, preferably Amazon Germany (Amazon.de).
Experience managing Sponsored Products – Auto, Manual Branded, and Manual Generic campaigns is required.
Candidates should have hands-on experience with keyword research, campaign optimization, TACoS, ACOS, CVR, and profitable growth.

Initial Screening

As part of the screening process, candidates will be asked to provide a realistic assessment of their account-management capacity:

How many parent ASINs could you realistically manage effectively while maintaining a 7% TACoS target?

Please base your answer on your actual experience managing Amazon PPC accounts and the level of hands-on involvement you typically provide per product.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
