Transocean is seeking experienced Assistant Drillers to join their Offshore Drilling Group in the United States. These professionals will assist the Driller in operating drilling and mud circulating equipment, ensuring safety and compliance with company policies. What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma (U.S.) or proof of completion of formal education or relevant craft certificate
- Valid medical examination and vaccination certificates
- Valid well control certificate per the standard defined on the training matrix
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of technical calculations required for safe drilling operations
- Ability to participate in and lead safety and operational meetings
- Full participation in emergency drills and response as per assigned duties
- Ability to supervise and mentor drilling crew members
- Commitment to company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Successful military discharge (preferred for U.S. candidates)
- Graduate of trade school or university with relevant training (preferred)
